NEW BWSINESS (font'd <br />The additions are: <br />Kitchen Sink: Reseat the fixtures and install shut- <br />off valves, install a P -trap $ 73.00 <br />Bathroom Lavatory: Reseat the fixtures and install <br />shut -off valves 45.00 <br />118.00 <br />Deletions are: <br />Kitchen Sink: Replace sprayer and P -trap $1.18.00 <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Cira and carried, the <br />above Change Order was approved. <br />4 ) Change Order No. 1 t Contract NWCD /PR /CS -1/07: This is for an <br />increase in contract amount of $949.00, amending contract amount <br />of $6,396.00 to amended contract total of: $7,345.00 for re- <br />habilitation work at 537 North Cleveland Avenue. <br />Mr. Brownell read Mr. Pfeifer's memorandum dated October 11, <br />1976, which stated the specification called for painting the <br />upper and lower cabinets and installing a double bowl stainless <br />steel sink. This cannot be done due to the insufficient width <br />of the base cabinets. The cabinets are homemade and of non- <br />professional caliber. Also, the kitchen floor has a 4'x4' area <br />of missing floor tile. The foundation is allowing water to enter <br />the basement and must be tuck - pointed. The side exterior door <br />needs a pane to keep out the elements.
