<br />Mr. Schaller added the letter from Mr. Thomas J. Fean, Housing
<br />Evaluation Supervisor, Housing Allowance Office, Inc'., which is
<br />attached, is in regard to the additions for house #51, with
<br />deficiencies noted after a quality control evaluation on
<br />September 15, 1976. Unless the items are repaired, the unit
<br />will fail the annual evaluation in December, 1976.

<br />for an amended contract total of $13,894.00, with Charles Brown
<br />Maintenance Service, in the Southeast Community Development
<br />Housing Program.

<br />Disposition Parcels 2 -6A and 2 -6B, Project Indiana R -66: Mr. DISPOSITION
<br />Brownell reported two potential purchasers have taken out PARCELS
<br />documents for these two parcels, and the bids are due at our 2 -6A & 2 -6B,
<br />next Commission meeting on October 15. R -66

<br />Chair added these parcels were discussed at our last meeting,
<br />and are west of the Morris Civic and across the alley.
<br />b.
<br />Demolition and Site Clearance Contract No. 39, Project Indiana DEMOLITION
<br />R -66: Mr. Brownell advised this Contract is for the larger CONTRACT 39,
<br />amount of work to be done on Block 6. The Invitation for Bids R -66
<br />has been published in the paper, with bid opening on Tuesday,
<br />October 12, at. 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., in our office. We expect
<br />to have these for award at the next Commission meeting.
<br />c. LaSalle Park Urban Renewal Project Audit Contract with Crowe, AUDIT CONTRACT
<br />Chizek and Com any, R -57, for-period from Jul 1, 1973 to October R -57
<br />31, 1976: Mr. Brownell advised this is the audit Contract we
<br />covered under item 5a, in this meeting.
<br />d. Barton - Aschman Associates, Inc. Interim Report on Parking, R -66: PARKING REPORT,
<br />Mr. Brownell advised that Barton - Aschman Associates, Inc. made R -66
<br />an interim report on parking and we met yesterday with them,
<br />together with Mayor Peter J. Nemeth, Dr. George A. Wing, and others,
<br />and reviewed the draft report, and the firm is going to submit
<br />another draft.
