Wiggins asked how we are coming along with the LaSalle Park
roject, Indiana R -57? Mr. Brownell advised he believed that Mr.
eorge Patton (Commission Counsel handling litigation matters) has
ad five cases dismissed. Mr. Patton added we have approximately
0 more cases to go; they are all in the hopper. All these cases
re five to six years old.
r. Wiggins further stated that the R -57 Project has been carried
n for a long time; a lot longer than he thinks it ought to be
ecessary and that he would like to see it closed out as expedi-
iousiy as we can. Mr. Brownell advised we have one delaying
actor: We need the funds from the Community Development grant
or this coming year before we can close out R -57 in addition to
here cases pending. Their grant hasn't been approved yet, but
t is in the process of having the details ironed out that have to
e modified or changed or amended altogether. Mr. Wiggins further
sked if there is a real possibility that this can be closed out
y this fall, and Mr. Brownell advised it should be closed before
all, and that he and Mr. Patton had a little chat about that a
ouple of days ago.
c. hange Order No. 2 to Rehabilitation Contract No. NW-CD/0-3.
