8. PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />. Staff Reports (Cont'd) <br />3) HAO Referral Program: The written report for this program HAO <br />was submitted by Mr. Kenneth J. Schaller, Project Director, REFERRAL <br />also: PROGRAM <br />To date, 27 applicants have applied to this program. <br />Contract Set No. l is presently being advertised for bid. <br />The bid opening date will be today,.December 5, 1975, <br />at 2:00 p.m. <br />4) Neighborhood Development Program: This written report NEIGHBOR - <br />was also submitted by Mr. Kenneth J. Schaller, Project HOOD DEVEL- <br />Director: OPMENT <br />PROGRAM <br />As of November 26th, the statistics of the program reveal <br />66 homes are on contract. <br />Eleven (11) notices to proceed have been issued this month <br />bringing the total number issued to 53. These do not include <br />several Chief Inspector's notices to proceed that were <br />issued to correct items affecting the applicants' health <br />and safety. <br />Twenty - nine (29) homes have been completed to this date <br />and progress inspections are being conducted during the <br />construction phase of each structure. <br />Two (2) Preconstruction Conferences were held this month. <br />5) Non - Profit Groups: Written report was submitted by Mr. NON- PROFIT <br />Kenneth J. Schaller, Project Director: GROUPS <br />The Non - Profit Groups are presently working to complete <br />the rehabilitation of those homes to which they have <br />been awarded grants. <br />6) Relocation Progress Report: The Relocation Staff sub- RELOCATION <br />mitted the following written report for the month of PROGRESS <br />November: REPORT <br />Southeast NDP A -10: All residents were relocated as of <br />December 2, 1975. <br />Model Cities Extended Services: Workload is one (1) <br />individual. Staff has received no cooperation <br />from the resident in our efforts to establish <br />his eligibility for relocation payments. <br />E -7 Neighborhood Development Program: Workload is one <br />1 family who is in the process of purchasing a <br />home, and one (1) individual who has purchased a <br />house and is in the process of moving. <br />- 12 - <br />
