8. PkOGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd <br />b NDP A -10 Project: Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Executive Director, <br />Department of Redevelopment, stated that we have completed <br />the NDP A -10 Project and had a closing audit through November. <br />The auditors will be back to complete the audit for December. <br />Mr. Brownell also advised that he will be going to HUD Area <br />Office,in Indianapolis, next week to get the close -out <br />arranged. We have all the final figures and that will be <br />accomplished. <br />c. Staff Reports: <br />1) Acquisition Status Report: Mr. William J. Parrish, Real <br />ACQUISITION <br />Estate Officer, submitted the following written report: <br />STATUS RE- <br />PORT, R -57, <br />NDP A -10: All parcels have been acquired. <br />R -66, MERRY <br />AVENUE -& <br />MN #1: All of the parcels have been purchased -- <br />A -10 <br />a total of 35. <br />SE #1: All of the parcels have been purchased- - <br />a total of 69. <br />R -57: Remains the same - -one parcel remaining to be <br />acquired. 382 Parcels purchased, 18 Condemna- <br />tion cases, totalling 400. <br />R -66: One (1) parcel remains to be acquired. 231 <br />parcels purchased. No condemnation cases re- <br />maining. <br />Merry Avenue: Remains the same - -40 parcels purchased, <br />2 condemnation cases. All parcels acquired. <br />2) Community Development- Southeast Project: This written <br />COMMUNITY <br />report was submitted by Mr. Kenneth J. Schaller, Project <br />DEVELOPMENT - <br />Director: <br />SOUTHEAST <br />PROJECT <br />As of November 26th, there were eight (8) applicants <br />to Housing Assistance Rehabilitation Program. The Ad- <br />visory Board has approved six (6) applicants during the <br />month of November. <br />Several Chief Inspector's notices to proceed were issued <br />to prevent any deterioration and damage to those affected <br />structures. <br />Work is proceeding satisfactorily to contract specifica- <br />tions. <br />=I= <br />
