Good Faith Deposit Forfeiture, R -57: Authorization was requested DEPOSIT to approve the forfeiture of the Good Faith Deposit, in amount FORFEITURE of $795.20, for default action by Mr. George J. Cimermancic, doing APPROVED, business as G.C.A., Inc., at 1012 St. Joseph Bank Building, South G.C.A., INC. Bend, Project Indiana R -57, on following parcels: R -57 Disposition Parcel Nos. Parrish, Real Estate Officer, advised Mr. Cimermancic had purchased these parcels in '71. He was to fulfull the contract in building the homes in a reasonable length of time, and he is in default over three (3) years, and Mr. Butler, our Legal Counsel, had advised this is the proper way to handle the matter. Motion for approval of the above was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Cira and carried. d. Certificates of Completion of Redevelopment, R -57: Approval was requested of four 4 Certificates of Completion of Redevelop- ment conveyed to: Disposition Redeveloper Parcel Nos. Project Herman Yarber, Jr. and Anna K. Yarber 13 -11 R -57 William H. McMorris and Allen McMorris 9 -10 R -57 Greater Friendship Missionary 22 -8 & 22 -9 R -57 Baptist Church Place & Company, (John W. Black and 15 -3 & 15 -4 R -57 Claudine Black) Motion was made by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and carried, for the approval of the four (4) Certificates of Completion of Redevelopment, as noted above, in the LaSalle Park Urban Renewal Project, R -57, and the President and Secre- tary authorized to execute, subject to Legal Counsel approval. - 12 - FOUR (4) CERTIFICAT OF COMPLE- TION OF REDEVELOP- MENT AP- PROVED, R -57
