Mr. Keith <br />P. Crighton, Director of the Bureau of Housing, E -7 Project, <br />advised the work involves all labor for the code violations <br />that exist, and that we have a prevailing wage rate from the <br />Department of Labor (Decision Number 75 -IN -2) that states <br />the wages for all classifications of labor, and we pay the <br />U.S. Department of Labor rate. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and carried, <br />the above - listed contracts were awarded to the low bidder, <br />Barany Heating & Sheet Metal, in bid amounts shown, all subject <br />to approval by the South Bend Common Council and Commission <br />Legal Counsel, and, if approved, the President and Secretary <br />authorized to enter into contracts. <br />- 7 - <br />
