Kotzenmacher, Director, Business Reloca- BUSINESS <br />tion Division, in written report, advised one (1) RELOCATION <br />business relocation was paid during the month of REPORT, R -66 <br />February, 1975, to Office Engineers, Inc., in <br />amount of $606.00. <br />3) Property Management Report: <br />Mr. John A. Kotzenmacher, Director, Property Manage- PROPERTY <br />ment Division, in written report, advised the total MANAGEMENT <br />receipts collected during the month of February, REPORT, R -66 <br />1975, were: $3,989.75. <br />4) Relocation Progress Report: <br />The Relocation Staff submitted a written report, RELOCATION <br />for the month of February, 1975: PROGRESS <br />REPORT <br />NDP A-10, SE #1: Remains the same -- workload is <br />8--4 families, 4 individuals. One family is in <br />the process of purchasing a home. <br />NDP A -10, MN #1: Project is closed. Last indivi- <br />dual moved February 8, 1975. <br />R -57: Remains the same -- workload is 1 individual -- <br />the house is in condemnation. <br />Model Cities Extended Services: Workload is 2 fami- <br />lies. Working with the families. <br />City -Wide: Workload is 9 families. Families are not <br />being assisted as funds have not been appropriated. <br />Orange- Colfax Connector: Waiting for approval to <br />begin relocating families and individuals. <br />Michigan -Main Connector: Information is being ob- <br />tained regarding owners and correct addresses of <br />residents in the Leeper Park and Marion Street <br />Alternates. When completed, a survey will be <br />conducted. <br />E -7 NDP: Workload is 3 families. All are in the pro- <br />cess of looking for adequate replacement housing. <br />Federal Aviation Administration: Meeting held on <br />February 21, 1975, with Mr. Judah of the St. Joseph <br />County Airport Authority to discuss contracting re- <br />location staff to relocate families and individuals <br />- 15 - <br />
