Mr. Wilcox advised the <br />City of South Bend now includes the River Bend Plaza on <br />their insurance. <br />Mr. Wilcox informed the Commissioners that our joint venture <br />consultant, Environmental Planning, has been critical of <br />what we are placing on the Plaza. We were actually trying <br />to do with what we had. <br />Mr. Wilcox is to have sameples brought in and follow -up <br />as noted. <br />f. Staff Resignation: <br />Mr. John A. Kotzenmacher's resignation was enclosed in <br />the packet. He is also joining the Housing Allowance <br />Program and the position is a challenge he wishes to <br />pursue. The resignation is effective March 14, 1975. <br />Mr. Wiggins moved for the acceptance of Mr. Kotzenmacher's <br />resignation with regret. Motion was seconded by Mr. Donald- <br />son and carried. <br />g. Staff Reports: <br />1) Acquisition Status: <br />Mr. William J.
