Madison Builders, Inc. was the <br />successful bidder and has been awarded these eight <br />(8) contracts in the total amount of $41,586.00. <br />Madison Builders, Inc. has filed the required per- <br />formance bond with our legal counsel and counsel <br />is presently reviewing it. If no problems develop, <br />we anticipate sending notices to proceed within <br />the week. <br />We have re- advertised 10 of the 34 contracts which <br />were not bid on successfully the first time. 20 <br />contracts have been distributed on the present re- <br />advertisement, up from the previous average of <br />less than 10. As of January 20, 1975, we expect <br />to re- advertise a second set of 10 contracts. <br />3) Business Relocation Report: Mr. John A. Kotzenmacher, BUSINESS RELOCA- <br />Director of the Business Relocation Division, advised TION REPORT, R -66 <br />in his written report that there were no business re- <br />location claims during the month of December, 1974. <br />4) Property Management Report: Mr. John A. Kotzenmacher, PROPERTY MANAGE - <br />Director of the Property Management Division, advised MENT REPORT, R -66 <br />the total receipts collected during the month of <br />December, 1974, were $3,389.75. <br />5) Relocation Progress Report: Written report submitted <br />by the relocation staff for December, 1974: <br />Southeast N.D.P. A -10: Workload is 8--4 families, 4 <br />individuals -- status same as in November report. <br />Model Cities N.D.P. A -10: Workload is one individual, <br />temporarily relocated. <br />LaSalle Park, R -57: Workload is one individual. The <br />house is in condemnation. <br />Model Cities Extended.
