<br />6m," for Commission authorization for Mr. Frank
<br />J. Alford, Assistant Director, E.E.O. Division, to
<br />attend.
<br />HUD letter dated December 3, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Mr. Paul J. Topmiller, Acting
<br />Assistant Director, Technical Services Branch, ad-
<br />vises the drawings and specifications, as revised
<br />November 11, 1974, for the Plaza Park, Indiana
<br />Project R -66, are acceptable for bidding, and that
<br />we may now proceed to advertise for bids.
<br />After receipt of bids, we are requested to submit
<br />a tabulation of the bids, along with the engineer's
<br />estimate, and our selection of the bidder, to HUD
<br />for concurrence.
<br />This item is on the Agenda, under "New Business,

<br />for bids.
<br />HUD letter dated December 5, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Miss Fredi Beth Rolsky,
<br />Program Manager, advises in response to our letters
<br />of September 27 and October 30, 1974, for budget
<br />revision of Indiana Project R -57, that her letter
<br />of November 1, 1974 approved time extension for
<br />Indiana Project R -57, until June 20, 1975. How-
<br />ever, the budget submitted on September 27 only
<br />covers the period through December 31, 1974.
<br />Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Acting Deputy Director,
<br />advised staff will submit revised budget as re-
<br />quested to reflect a close -out of June 20, 1975.
<br />HUD letter dated December 5, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Ms. Mary M. Dangles, Legal
<br />Financing Officer of the Office of Regional Counsel,
<br />in Chicago, advises they have received the Project
<br />Notes which have been executed by Mayor Jerry J.
<br />Miller and City Clerk, for Second Series 1974,
<br />Project Indiana R -66. The Project Notes and re-
<br />lated documents are being distributed in accordance
<br />with established procedures and all actions neces-
<br />sary on behalf of the Government have been completed.
<br />Also transmitted was a "Reminder" copy of our trans-
<br />mittal letter setting forth the amount of funds we are
<br />to furnish the Paying Agent on the maturing issue, as
<br />well as a copy of their letter to Paying Agent advising
<br />as to the source of funds to be used in paying off
<br />such outstanding issue of Notes.
