Topmiller, Acting <br />Assistant Director, Technical Services Branch, ad- <br />vises their office has received a copy of the con- <br />tract award document concerning Contract 12, for <br />the Model Neighborhood Code Enforcement Project, <br />Indiana E -6. <br />The minutes of the preconstruction indicated Wage <br />Decision 74 -IN -221 was distributed to the General <br />Contractor. Since the contract was signed on <br />September 12, the correct wage decision for this <br />project is 74 -IN -161, with one modification. <br />HUD letter dated December 10, 1974: This letter, <br />over the signature of Mr. Paul J. Topmiller, Acting <br />Assistant Director, Technical Services Branch, re- <br />quests the Semi- Annual Labor Standards Enforcement. <br />Report be submitted to the HUD office no later than <br />December 31, 1974, for the period of July 1, 1974 <br />through December 31, 1974. . <br />Mr. C. Jay Nimtz, for <br />the presentation. <br />President Nimtz said he has been informed by the <br />Board of Trustees of the Department of Redevelop- <br />ment that Reverend Willie V.
