<br />Requisition 6 for Relocation Grant Payment was approved

<br />A check, drawn on the Treasurer of the United States,
<br />will be mailed within a few days directly to the de-
<br />positary designated and authorized, and the check is
<br />to be recorded as a receipt in the Project Temporary
<br />Loan Repayment Fund.
<br />HUD letter dated November 19, 1974: This letter, TIME EXTENSION
<br />over the signature of Mr. Daniel B. Bowman, Acting APPROVED TO JUNE
<br />Director, Operations Division, advises HUD approval 30, 1975, FOR
<br />of time extension to June 30 1975, for the Neighbor- NDP PROJECT A -10
<br />hood Development Program, Indiana Project A -10.
<br />HUD letter dated November 26, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Mr. Paul J. Topmiller, Acting
<br />Assistant Director, Technical Services Branch, ad-
<br />vises the current wage decision published in the
<br />Federal Register by the Department of Labor, for
<br />the Colfax /Pier Park dredging and rip -rap, for the
<br />Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project, Indiana R -66,
<br />is AR- 3091, currently in effect, and includes Modifi-
<br />cation No. 1, dated September 27, 1974.
<br />HUD letter dated November 26, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Mr. Paul J. Topmiller, Acting
<br />Assistant Director, Technical Services Branch, advises
<br />of HUD concurrence in the award of Demolition and
<br />Site Clearance Contract No. 38, in the amount of
<br />$10,550.00, to Warner & Son's, Inc., Elkhart, Indiana,
<br />in Indiana Project R -66.
<br />EEO has approved the document for this contract, and
<br />the Wage Determination currently in effect is AR-3091,
<br />including Modification No. 1, dated September 27, 1974.
<br />We are requested to contact the EEO Division to esta-
<br />blish a date for a preconstruction conference, and
<br />also to notify the Architectural & Engineering Section
<br />for date of start of demolition.
<br />HUD letter dated December 3, 1974: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Mr. James E. Armstrong, Area
<br />Director, Office of the Area Director, S, is addressed
<br />to, "All Equal Opportunity Officers ", requesting at-
<br />tendance of a meeting scheduled for December 17 and
<br />18, 1974, with all Equal Opportunity Officers to dis-
<br />cuss Section 3 Regulations and the New Community Devel-
<br />opment Act.
