ICATIONS (Cont'd) The Commissioners and the news media also have in their packets a complete list of all of the demoli- tion and site clearance contracts for the entire Southeast Neighborhood, with a breakdown of each of the contracts showing the dates staff requested the wage determinations from HUD, actual advertising dates, bid opening, bid award, HUD concurrence for bid award, contract documents executed, insurance certificates received, preconstruction conference held and the notice to proceed to the demolition contractor - -all in chronological order for each of the four contracts awarded in the Southeast Neighbor- hood (SE #1), for the Project Indiana A -10. Mr. Lennon said if we do not own the houses, we do not have the authority to have them demolished. On some of the complaints, some of the substandard houses are under the City's Substandard Division and are not Redevelopment owned. On this particu- lar complaint it was ours; in the past it was the City's. n motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and unani- ously carried, the above letters were to be received and laced on file. In reference to Mr. Wiggins' question on Jackson's crane parked in the area, Mr. Lennon advised that Mr. Jackson did us a favor for the 4th of July fireworks display add moved the crane at our request. The crane was to be used for the Southeast side demolition he had with us. In moving the crane, a major part was broken and he has been waiting for the part. If it is.a problem in having the crane there, we can move it at our expense and bill Harvey Jackson. This will be checked out time -wise. OLD BUSINESS: a. Project E =7 Public Meeting; September 20, at 10:3O'a:m.: PUBLIC MEETING, Commission authorization was requested to hold a public SEPT. 20, 10:30 meeting in accordance with an ordinance passed by City A.M., E -7 Council as it relates to Indiana Project E -7, at our next Commission meeting, September 20th, on the follow- ing items: 1) Policy statement on eligibility requirement, income, family size and age. 2) Emergency Repair Program. 3) Any other business that may come up under this program at that time.
