HUD letter dated July 2, 1974: This letter, over <br />the signature of Louciene Watson, Assistant Regional Administra- <br />tor for Equal Opportunity, informs that after an examination of <br />the facts involved in the complaints (re: 05 -74 -2- 042 -300 and <br />05-74.-4-073-300), filed against our agency under Title VI of <br />the C vil Rights Act of 1974, the Assistant Secretary for Equal <br />Oppor unity has determined that she will not seek to resolve <br />the m tters. <br />Mr. Lennon advised the above refers to the Fred Hopkins and <br />Steve Hardy complaint and per above is resolved. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade and unanimously <br />carried, the above letters were received and to be placed on <br />file. <br />TITLE VI COMPLAINTS <br />RESOLVED <br />
