Addendum No. 2 to Contract with Southeast Side Neigh orhood P.A.C., Inc., Project A -10: The contract betwe n our department and the Southeast Side Neighborhood P.A.C., Inc has an expiration date of June 30, 1974, for the A-10 Project, SE #1. Based on this closing date, all unspe t funds would be returned to the Department of Re- devel pment. As the Department of Housing and Urban Devel pment has approved the closing date of this Project to Ja uary 1, 1975, the Southeast P.A.C. Committee is re- questing their time extension also be approved to January 1, 1975. They will use their remaining budget to continue their monthly Neighborhood News and operate their office. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams and unani ously carried, Addendum No. 2 to the Contract with the time utheast Side Neighborhood P.A.C., Inc., was approved for extension only to January 1, 1975. TIME EXTENSION FOR SOUTHEAST SIDE NEIGHBORHOOD P.A.C., INC. APPROVED, A -10 b. Change Order No. 4 to Scattered Site Contract: CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 This change order is a request for an increase in contract TO SCATTERED SITE price of $2,500 and extension of contract time from April CONTRACT (R -57, 15 to July 15, 1974, with the Julius O'Neal Trucking Company, E -3 & E -5) APPROVED for the scattered site contract awarded to them for Projects E -3, E -5 and R -57, due to the following changes: Previous Change Order No. deleted four parcels from this contract for R -57 and one in E -5. Three parcels are ready now for demolition in R -57 and one in E -5- -one of these had been deleted in C.O. No. 1. The following parcels are added for demolition: R-57: E -5: Mr. rea con for Parcel 29 -16, located at 121 S. Lake St. Parcel 22 -21, located at 126 N. Chicago St. Parcel 19 -5, located at 246 N. Kenmore St. Parcel 32 -31, located at 1149 W. Thomas St. yne Brownell explained that some of the houses were not for demolition at the time we entered into the above ct; since we have now acquired the title and are ready e demolition. Mr. evin J. Butler, Commission Legal Counsel, requested Mr. Brownell to make sure the performance bond corresponds to whatever increase there is in the contract price and also to have sufficient insurance coverage.
