Addendum No. 2 to Contract with Southeast Side <br />Neigh orhood P.A.C., Inc., Project A -10: The contract <br />betwe n our department and the Southeast Side Neighborhood <br />P.A.C., Inc has an expiration date of June 30, 1974, for <br />the A-10 Project, SE #1. Based on this closing date, all <br />unspe t funds would be returned to the Department of Re- <br />devel pment. As the Department of Housing and Urban <br />Devel pment has approved the closing date of this Project <br />to Ja uary 1, 1975, the Southeast P.A.C. Committee is re- <br />questing their time extension also be approved to January <br />1, 1975. They will use their remaining budget to continue <br />their monthly Neighborhood News and operate their office. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams and <br />unani ously carried, Addendum No. 2 to the Contract with <br />the time utheast Side Neighborhood P.A.C., Inc., was approved <br />for extension only to January 1, 1975. <br />TIME EXTENSION FOR <br />SOUTHEAST SIDE <br />NEIGHBORHOOD P.A.C., <br />INC. APPROVED, A -10 <br />b. Change Order No. 4 to Scattered Site Contract: CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 <br />This change order is a request for an increase in contract TO SCATTERED SITE <br />price of $2,500 and extension of contract time from April CONTRACT (R -57, <br />15 to July 15, 1974, with the Julius O'Neal Trucking Company, E -3 & E -5) APPROVED <br />for the scattered site contract awarded to them for Projects <br />E -3, E -5 and R -57, due to the following changes: <br />Previous Change Order No. deleted four parcels from this <br />contract for R -57 and one in E -5. Three parcels are ready <br />now for demolition in R -57 and one in E -5- -one of these had <br />been deleted in C.O. No. 1. The following parcels are added <br />for demolition: <br />R-57: <br />E -5: <br />Mr. <br />rea <br />con <br />for <br />Parcel 29 -16, located at 121 S. Lake St. <br />Parcel 22 -21, located at 126 N. Chicago St. <br />Parcel 19 -5, located at 246 N. Kenmore St. <br />Parcel 32 -31, located at 1149 W. Thomas St. <br />yne Brownell explained that some of the houses were not <br />for demolition at the time we entered into the above <br />ct; since we have now acquired the title and are ready <br />e demolition. <br />Mr. evin J.
