The opening ceremony will be at 2:00 p.m., June <br />30, at the corner of St. Joseph and Jefferson Boulevard. In- <br />vitations have been mailed and a platform will be there for <br />the nvited guests. <br />Mr. ilcox said he would like to go on record that the news <br />mediz has been generally superlative. Of his 28 years in <br />Sout Bend personally, no other situation can meet the com- <br />pari on for the enthusiasm and support we have been receiving <br />not cnly through the news media, but overall and this under- <br />take g will put South Bend in the forefront. <br />Rev. Willie V.
