<br />mously carried, the above -noted city vehicle was authorized
<br />to be leased per agreement to be executed by Commission and
<br />Mr. Elroy Kelzenberg, Director, South Bend Bureau of Manpower
<br />Administration.
<br />. Commercial Lease: Authorization was requested to enter COMMERCIAL LEASE
<br />into two 2 leases with the Department of Public Works, APPROVED, R -66
<br />Division of Facilities, Bureau of Municipal Parking of the
<br />City of South Bend, on a month -to -month basis, commencing on
<br />July 1, 1974, at $1.00 per month per lease, for the following
<br />surface parking, R -66:
<br />1) Disposition Parcel 4 -32, 4 -31 and 4 -1 (Dan Clark
<br />property and corner to Colfax, in gully), and
<br />2) Disposition Parcel 5 -1B, (Department of Public
<br />Welfare building site).
<br />Disposition Parcel 5 -1B is being deeded over to the Civic
<br />Center Authority, per Legal Counsel, Mr. Kevin J. Butler.

<br />exec tion of the Redevelopment Agreement for the disposition of
<br />land and the execution of Quit Claim Deed for the transfer of
<br />titlE thereto in connection with land to be disposed of in the
<br />LaSalle Park Project, to Redeveloper Earlie V. Bates, Parcel No.
<br />15-14, for concurred in amount of $136.00.
