The "hold" placed on the Model Cities Code Enforcement Program E -6 is lifted as of December 1, 1973 and we are now free to go ahead with that project. HUD was criticizing one of our programs and this has now been corrected to HUD's satisfaction. Mr. Lennon said the staff is to be commended for the assign- ment completion. c.
