Insty Prints: A new business will occupy office space at 203 North Main Street bordering the project boundary. 6. One Plaza Place: At 104 East Jefferson Street has founda- tion walls, footings, piers, column, etc. work and steel reinforcement well under way. Favorable weather conditions aided construction start. 7. I.B.M. Building, located at 215 South St. Joseph Street, issued permit for foundation building and excavation..
