Completion date anticipated: <br />2 -1 -74. <br />3. 113 West Jefferson Building: Formerly Thompson- McKinnon <br />plans are in progress to convert this into a restaurant - <br />lounge facility, tentatively named "BOUL- JEFF." Comple- <br />tion date: Early 1974. <br />4. Hoosier Dental Company has moved into enlarged quarters, <br />lower level, JMS Annex Building. Laboratory work space <br />completed. <br />5. Insty Prints: A new business will occupy office space <br />at 203 North Main Street bordering the project boundary. <br />6. One Plaza Place: At 104 East Jefferson Street has founda- <br />tion walls, footings, piers, column, etc. work and steel <br />reinforcement well under way. Favorable weather conditions <br />aided construction start. <br />7. I.B.M.
