The work was included in the ori- <br />ginal plan but not in the contract. The Department of <br />Public Works has requested we put in the bridge approach <br />as called for in the original plan, per Bill Slabaugh. The <br />conc ete bridge approach was put in four parts to keep the <br />traf is flowing on St. Joseph Street and to have at least one <br />lane open on Colfax. <br />These are all legitimate costs and documented in work log. <br />This is the finalization of the contract. These charges all <br />occurred before January 1 of this year.
