Demolition Contract No. 1: Authorization to adver- <br />tise for this Contract was received in Commission meeting of <br />November 2, 1973. Advertisement appeared in The South Bend <br />Tribune and Tri- County News, on November 2 and 9, 1973. Mr. <br />Lennon presented the certification of proofs of publication. <br />The bid opening was on December 5, 1973, at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T., <br />in the Department of Redevelopment.
