Helmen: <br />Thanks brother commissioners for <br />the honor. <br />Mr. Bill Rasmussen, Jr.: I also want to thank you. <br />My father believed in the down- <br />town and the family is very honored. <br />Thank you. <br />Mr. Frank V. Woodward: I appreciate very much the honor <br />bestowed upon me. <br />The hair was relinquished by Mr. Chenney to President Helmen <br />for �he continuation of the meeting. <br />b. Trustee Report: Mr. Lennon advised the Trustees <br />met in their Annual Meeting on Monday, December 3, 1973, <br />which by Indiana Statutes is held for the election of <br />their officers and the appointment and /or re- appointment <br />of Coiimissioners. They met in public session at 10:30 a.m. <br />Mr. F. Jay Nimtz was again unanimously re- elected President <br />of the Board of Trustees; Mr. William J. Richardson, Vice <br />Presi ent; and Mr. Edgar Wertheimer, Secretary. Messrs. <br />William W. Welsheimer and Morris Morrison, Members on the <br />Board of Trustees. <br />Mr. Lennon said the Trustees recommended all five (5) of <br />the p esent Redevelopment Commissioners be re- appointed. <br />Mr. Morris Morrison, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, <br />said the Trustees spoke very highly of the five present <br />Commissioners and they felt the five Commissioners should <br />continue as they have served so many years and have done <br />a fine job. Mr. Morrison said he would like to offer his <br />congratulations for the Commissioners' renewal. <br />President Helmen said he felt it would have been appropriate <br />if the Commissioners would have been asked to express their <br />willingness to serve, as some may not elect to serve. A <br />discussion followed on this subject and the Commissioners <br />are t let Mr. Nimtz, President of the Trustees, know <br />wheth r they are willing to serve for another year. <br />=H1 E <br />TRUSTEE REPORT <br />
