Mall: Mr. Lennon referred to the November 6, 1973 <br />�d Mall schedule and critique which he distributed <br />Redevelopment Commission. Basically Mr. Lennon stated <br />the Mall is on schedule and the weather is the main <br />in the completion date of the Mall.
