Real Estate Research Corporation: Authorization CONTRACT AUTHORIZED <br />was requested to enter into a contract with Real Estate WITH REAL ESTATE RESEARCH <br />Research Corporation for a Marketability Study for elderly CORP., A -10, SE #1 <br />high -r se complex, in amount not to exceed $2,500.00, in <br />the A- 'O Southeast Neighborhood Project, SE #1. <br />Mr. Le non advised this is the same concept as used for <br />Downtown. The developer wants to know the marketability <br />before investing from 7 Million to 8 Million Dollars and <br />the feasibility of a residential development of an 180 <br />elderly high -rise complex in conjunction with an 100 -bed <br />nursinj home on eight (8) acres of land, oriented towards <br />a seni r citizens market.
