The price per square feet is $2.66, <br />or a m nimum bid price of $46,563.30. <br />President Helmen advised Royal Inns now would like to acquire <br />the ba ance of the island. I.B.M. is concerned about parking <br />for their tenants. This land would be leased to I.B.M. for <br />parking during the day and revert back to the Royal Inns for <br />eveninq hours. <br />Mr. Lennon advised the structure will be a six -story building. <br />The City is committed to find 75 parking spaces for the de- <br />veloper. This parcel could handle 65 cars. Disposition <br />Parcel No. 8 -1, triangular piece of land, is earmarked for <br />public parking -- contingent on the parking study. The land - <br />scapin would be in conformity with the area.
