Bainaka, Acting Director LOAN APPLICATIONS, E -3 <br />of Operations, returned the seven (7) unfunded Section <br />312 Loan Applications that were pending for the E -3 <br />Projec . <br />When f nds have been assigned for reinstatement of the <br />Sectio 312 Loan Program, the applications may be re- <br />submit ed for future consideration. <br />Mr. Le non advised we attempted to get additional 312 <br />loans processed before the Federal programs were closed <br />out. his technically is due to lack of funds. If the <br />Federal Government would appropriate funds for future <br />projects, in the specific areas, these applications <br />could a resubmitted. <br />h. HUD Letter Dated October 26, 1973: This letter, RELOCATION EVALUATION <br />over the signature of Mr. Choice Edwards, Acting Area <br />Director, advises a performance evaluation of our Reloca- <br />.tion Assistance Program was conducted by their relocation <br />specia ist. The evaluation revealed that our relocation <br />assist nce program is being carried out in an acceptable <br />manner <br />Mr. Lei <br />Residei <br />work, <br />anon said our Mrs. Dorothy Howell, Director of <br />itial Relocation, should be commended for this <br />along with her staff. <br />
