Deliverables: <br />Deliverables for this task include an opinion of probable construction cost to be provided <br />one week before the 50% and 90% design meetings. <br />F. Review Meetill .s: Conduct design review meetings at the 50% and 90% design <br />completion stages as described below. The Project Manager and Project Engineer will <br />attend the review meetings. <br />Deliverables: <br />Deliverables for this task include meeting agendas provided three days in advance of the <br />meeting to the City Project Manager and meeting notes provided 5 working days after each <br />meeting to the City Project Manager. <br />G. Final Documents "oordiliation: Following the incorporation of comments identified <br />during the 90% design review, provide Final Design Drawings and Specifications. <br />Coordinate with a firm hired by the City for contract document printing and distribution <br />to prospective bidders. <br />Deliverables: <br />Deliverables for this task include one electronic PDF set of Final Design Drawings and <br />Project Manuals, Three (3) sets of 11x17 Final Design Drawings, Three (3) sets of 2406 <br />Final Design Drawings, and five (5) sets of Project Manuals. <br />H. Quality Control: Perform a quality control review of the design at the 50% and 90% <br />design levels, addressing conformance with applicable regulations, standards and codes, <br />constructability, and biddability. Quality control review comments will be addressed in <br />the design drawings. <br />Deliverables: <br />There are no deliverables associated with this task <br />A1.03 Bid Assistance <br />3.1 Bidder Inquires and Addenda: Respond to bidders' inquiries during the bidding period.
