6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont'd o. Hammerschmidt, Bonewitz &'Roberts: This is a pro- posed amendment to contract for professional services entered into between the Commission and Bruce C. Hammerschmidt in October, 1965. This amendment provides for an additional limitation of fees from $21,574.00 to $27,000.00 in requiring additi )nal acquisitions, condemnation proceedings and insti- tution of rehabilitation loan program and other services not contem lated in the original agreement. They have completed all th cases with us. This is for work requested by our staff nd HUD. The la�t 37 condemnation cases will be handled by our law firm of Roe er, Sweeney, Butler & Simeri. On motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unani- mously carried, the amendment to contract for professional services with Hammerschmidt, Bonewitz & Roberts was author- ized, per above. HAMMERSCHMIDT, BONEWITZ & ROBERTS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AMENDMENT APPROVED, R -57 Resolution No. 463: This Resolution authorizes the RESOLUTION NO. 463 filing of an amendatory app ication for an early close -out ADOPTED, R -57 & R -66 grant and increased capital grant for Project Ind. R -57 and to incorporate pooling arrangement with Project Ind. R -66. Mr. Lennon advised this is in reference to our above Item 4b, Close-out R -57. This Resolution is required by HUD to close out and amendment for additional money to do so. This will close out that area, On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and unani- mously carried, Resolution No. 463 was adopted. q. Chenney and unani- mously carried, Resolution No. 464 was adopted. r. Robert Kyle: Commission approval was requested ONE -DAY PARKING for Robert Kyle to park one of his TV trailer vans for the APPROVED FOR ROBERT upcoming television fight, Monday evening, closed circuit KYLE, R -66 in the orris Civic Auditorium, for parking on the back site for the one day with Stanley Hull's approval.
