HUD letter dated July 13, 1973: This letter is HUD CONCURRENCE, AC- over he signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, Acting Director, QUISITION PARCEL NOS. Operations Division, advising HUD has again reviewed the 19 -4, 19 -5, 19 -7 & acquisition file on Parcel Nos. 19 -4, 19 -5, 19 -7 and 24 -1, 24 -1, R -56 on South Bend Supply Company, in Indiana Project R -56. HUD Form 6144 was enclosed with revision for additional con- curred compensation and believe this to be a fair and equit- able determination based upon reliable documentation. Mr. Lennon said this has been pending for approximately two years. HUD has concurred on the updating of the original concurred-in acquisition price as shown on HUD Form 6144 #lA, dated December 16, 1969, plus an adjusted value on Parcel 24 -1, computed by appraisal update of May 31, 1972. g. HUD letter dated July 17, 1973: This letter is ACQUISITION APPRAISAL over the signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka informing us we CONTRACTS, A -10 must be in conformance with the new HUD and State regula- tions relative to the acquisition appraisal contracts for A -10. The guide form relates to HUD 1320.1, Real Property Acquisition Handbook, re "Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federa Land Acquisition." Mr. Lennon advised this item is under "New Business, 6b," Resolution No. 458 for adoption. h. HUD letter dated July 17, 1973: This letter is R -57 CLOSE -OUT over tie signature of Miss Fredi Bet Rolsky, Community Development Representative, advising the meeting for the discus ion of the LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57, has been sat for 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, August 7, in the Area Office, in Indianapolis, relative to the anticipated close- out of the project. i. HUD letter dated July 17, 1973: This letter is ACQUISITION AND over t e signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, Acting Director, BUDGET REVISION, A -10 Operat ons Division, which is in response to our letter of Jul 3, 1973 regarding the estimated acquisition cost and bu get revision for Project Indiana A -10. The request is for the Commission to adopt a resolution de- claring, confirming and delineating the general boundaries of the areas that are blighted, deteriorated or deteriorating and portions therein to be designated..as urban renewal re- development project areas, with a certified copy of this resolution's adoption proceedings (model extracts and certi- ficates with the letter. Upon receipt of indication of such action and receipt of the Pr claimer Certificate for both of the NDP areas, the condition prohibiting land acquisition shall be found satis- fied. -6-
