4. C9MMUNICATIONS a HUD letter dated July 6, 1973: This letter, over RELOCATION CONCURRENCE, the s gnature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, Tcting Director, Opera- R -66 tions Division, states they are returning the entire file on the relocation payment concurrence report on The Philadelphia, Inc. and to re -open and resolve the differences of opinion betwe n our Agency and the claimant. Mr. Lennon advised we have set up a meeting with the claimant and Our business relocation staff, We thought this had been resolved, but claimant is now asking for additional moving expenses, which we have found to be eligible to a certain point and we will consider his estimate of moving. b. HUD letter dated July 9, 1973: This letter, over ANNUAL ACQUISITION the signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, requests the Annual Ac- REPORT quisi ion Report - FY 73, be prepared and submitted as re- quired by Public Law 91 -646. A copy of the HUD notice CD- 73 -6 dated June 19, 1973 was enclosed which provides the instructions. The information reported by the local agencies will be used to fulfill statutory reporting requirements and will be utilized by HUD for program activity. Mr. Lennon said this is a normal request by HUD to submit re- ports qe are required to do. c. HUD letter dated July 9, 1973: This letter is also over tie signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka advises fee appraisers cannot accept contracts for appraisal of real property in Indiana without having first obtained an Indiana Real Estate Broker's License. It is the LPA's responsibility to see that any ap raiser employed has the technical qualifications and is als legally authorized to operate in the State of Indiana. This w s sent to all Local Public Agencies and Mr. Lennon stated we have been complying with this. FEE APPRAISERS d. HUD letter dated July 10, 1973: This letter, over PROJECT LOAN NOTE, the signature of Mr. Keith W. Lerch, ttorney Advisor, sub- NDP A -10 mitted a copy of the executed Project Loan Note in connec- tion with the Program governed by Contract Indiana A- 10(LG). Mr. Lennon advised this is verification of our Loan Note and we are now eligible to borrow $1,037,500.00, covering Model Neighborhood #1 and the Southeast Neighborhood Area #l, for the Neighborhood Development Project Indiana A -10. e. HUD letter dated July 11, 1973: This letter is also over the signature of Mr. Keith W. Lerch and is a re- quest for Commission to consider and approve the proposed agreement and adopt a resolution authorizing and directing local Execution of the agreement for Indiana A- 10a(LG).
