4. C9MMUNICATIONS <br />a HUD letter dated July 6, 1973: This letter, over RELOCATION CONCURRENCE, <br />the s gnature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, Tcting Director, Opera- R -66 <br />tions Division, states they are returning the entire file on <br />the relocation payment concurrence report on The Philadelphia, <br />Inc. and to re -open and resolve the differences of opinion <br />betwe n our Agency and the claimant. <br />Mr. Lennon advised we have set up a meeting with the claimant <br />and Our business relocation staff, We thought this had been <br />resolved, but claimant is now asking for additional moving <br />expenses, which we have found to be eligible to a certain <br />point and we will consider his estimate of moving. <br />b. HUD letter dated July 9, 1973: This letter, over ANNUAL ACQUISITION <br />the signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka, requests the Annual Ac- REPORT <br />quisi ion Report - FY 73, be prepared and submitted as re- <br />quired by Public Law 91 -646. A copy of the HUD notice CD- 73 -6 <br />dated June 19, 1973 was enclosed which provides the instructions. <br />The information reported by the local agencies will be used to <br />fulfill statutory reporting requirements and will be utilized <br />by HUD for program activity. <br />Mr. Lennon said this is a normal request by HUD to submit re- <br />ports qe are required to do. <br />c. HUD letter dated July 9, 1973: This letter is also <br />over tie signature of Mr. H. L. Bainaka advises fee appraisers <br />cannot accept contracts for appraisal of real property in <br />Indiana without having first obtained an Indiana Real Estate <br />Broker's License. It is the LPA's responsibility to see that <br />any ap raiser employed has the technical qualifications and <br />is als legally authorized to operate in the State of Indiana. <br />This w s sent to all Local Public Agencies and Mr. Lennon <br />stated we have been complying with this. <br />FEE APPRAISERS <br />d. HUD letter dated July 10, 1973: This letter, over PROJECT LOAN NOTE, <br />the signature of Mr. Keith W. Lerch, ttorney Advisor, sub- NDP A -10 <br />mitted a copy of the executed Project Loan Note in connec- <br />tion with the Program governed by Contract Indiana A- 10(LG). <br />Mr. Lennon advised this is verification of our Loan Note <br />and we are now eligible to borrow $1,037,500.00, covering <br />Model Neighborhood #1 and the Southeast Neighborhood Area <br />#l, for the Neighborhood Development Project Indiana A -10. <br />e. HUD letter dated July 11, 1973: This letter is <br />also over the signature of Mr. Keith W. Lerch and is a re- <br />quest for Commission to consider and approve the proposed <br />agreement and adopt a resolution authorizing and directing <br />local Execution of the agreement for Indiana A- 10a(LG). This <br />is for the implementation of the Clean Air Act and to show <br />a distinction between the Program's general area and its <br />two urb n renewal redevelopment project areas. <br />- 5 - <br />AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION, <br />NDP A -10 <br />
