Resolution No. 458: This Resolution declares, con- RESOLUTION NO. 458 <br />firms and delineates the Neighborhood Development Project ADOPTED, A -10 <br />Area MN #1) Model Neighborhood Area #1 and (SE #1) South- <br />east Neighborhood Area #1 to be blighted and approves an <br />urban renewal plan and conditions under which relocation <br />payments will be made for Project Number Indiana A -10. <br />This Resolution incorporates and confirms Redevelopment Com- <br />mission Resolution Nos. 422, 445 and 447.
