<br />signature of Mr. Mark L. Griffin, Chief, Architectural
<br />Engineering, stated all subcontracts shall be amended to
<br />minate the statement, "This will be reduced to 3% after
<br />work is installed and approved and the retainage has been
<br />eived by The Hickey Company ", from Article IV, Page 2.

<br />Mr. Lennon advised Mr. Gerald A. Hickey and Mr. David L. Burroff
<br />wit Exterior Designing, Inc., are in the audience and request-
<br />ing the Notice to Proceed for today.
<br />On Motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams and unani-
<br />mously carried, the Notice to Proceed to The Hickey Construc-
<br />tion Company and Exterior Designing, Inc., was authorized for
<br />the Pedestrian Way (Mall) Contracts, Phase III, Indiana R -66.
<br />President Helmen asked Mr. Hickey what his plans are as to
<br />when he will start. Mr. Hickey said his firm started last
<br />week unofficially. They started the lane barricade work Mon-
<br />day morning on Monroe Street and Western Avenue area. He said
<br />thar is all he has to report at this time.
