7. <br />PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd) <br />Mr. Lennon said he would like to comment on the Rehabilita- <br />tion Report. This ties in with some of the particular con- <br />cerns in LaSalle Park Area. We have assigned, based on the <br />last Commission meeting, Mr. Edward Lark, to individually <br />check the complaints filed by the LaSalle Park Council. He <br />will investigate every complaint and will compile a "history" <br />of each one, including the date the work was done, the con- <br />tractor, the extent of the workmanship being questioned, the <br />estimated cost of correcting the problem and whether the <br />problem seems the doing of the contractor, the resident or <br />th result of natural wear. This report will be brought before <br />th Commission and will be available. <br />h. Relocation Progress Report: Mrs. Dorothy Howell, <br />Di ector of Residential Relocation, submitted a written <br />re ort for her staff: <br />Kaley School Site: Project closed. Additional payments <br />to be made. <br />Indiana R -66: Project closed. Additional payments are <br />being made and we expect five additional families <br />to come on the workload. <br />Indiana R -57: Workload is two families -- working with both. <br />Cote Enforcement E -3: Workload is one individual-- temporar- <br />ily relocated. <br />Merry Avenue: Workload three families - -one family having <br />house rehabilitated and expected to move by 6 -8 -73. <br />Model Cities Substandard: Workload four families. <br />City-Wide: Current workload 26 - -25 families and 1 individual. <br />Individual refuses to apply at Housing Authority. We <br />have received twelve Substandard referrals since last <br />report.
