Williams, seconded by Mr. Chenney MINUTES APPROVED <br />and unanimously carried, the Minutes of Regular Meeting of <br />May 18, 1973 were approved. <br />4. I NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Contracts for Phase III, Pedestrian Way, R -66: <br />Commission authorization was received in prior Commission <br />meetings, covering extensive alternate biddings. Advertise- <br />ments have appeared in The South Bend Tribune and Tri- County <br />News on April 6, 13, 20 and 27, 1973. The bid opening was <br />May 15, 1973, at 10:00 A.M., E.S.T., in the Office of the <br />Dep rtment of Redevelopment, with eight (8) firms submitting <br />bids) out of twenty -five (25) receiving bid documents. <br />The Ifollowing firms submitted bids: <br />1) Carl J.
