SO�TH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION SP CIAL MEETING 2. This Special Meeting was convened pursuant to a duly dated and signed Notice of Special Meeting which was mailed and telephoned to each Commissioner in due time, form, and manner as required by law. The Special Meeting was also announced in the prior Commission Meeting of May 18, 1973. Said Notice read as follows: NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, will be held in Room 1200, County -City Building, 227 West Jefferson, in the City of South Bend, in the regular meeting place thereof, at 10:30 A.M., on the 22nd day of May, 1973, for the purpose of acting upon items as listed in the agenda and such other items as may pro- perly come before the meeting in accordance with provisions of the By -Laws.
