NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Announcement of Redevelopment Trustees: Mr. Lennon <br />mace the announcement of the appointment of two Redevelop- <br />merit Trustees: <br />1) The Honorable Jerry J. Miller, Mayor of South <br />Bend, has made the announcement he has appointed <br />Mr. William J. Richardson, succeeding Mrs. Guy <br />P. Curtis whose term has expired. <br />2) The appointment of Mr. Morris Morrison by the <br />City Council, succeeding Mr. James F. Peacock <br />whose term has expired. <br />Redevelopment Trustees' appointments are for four -year terms, <br />as prescribed by law. Two are appointed by the Mayor, two by <br />Ci y Council and one is appointed by the Circuit Court Judge, <br />on a staggering term basis. The Redevelopment Trustees' major <br />re ponsibility is for the annual appointment of five (5) Re- <br />de elopment Commissioners.
