One arcel for which closing checks have been issued, in n me of Elizabeth Kleva, Parcel 1 -18, is awaiting de- faul filing by Mr. Nimtz, attorney for property owners; i.e. default of land contract. Owne of Parcel 1 -12, Madison Scott, has agreed to a sett ement, per his attorney, with claims to be signed and sent to this office within a few days. Parc 1 1 -19, involving Andrew Pustay, Trustee for said property, quit claim deeds have been prepared for signatures of each of involved heirs. Heirs living in various places arou d the country and it will be at least two to three weeks befo a signed deeds can be returned to this office and final proc ssing of closing begun. Parc 1 1 -35, John Nemeth Estate: closing checks have been issu d. Waiting for appointment with Peter Nemeth to turn over closing checks and receiving in turn proper deeds (one Warr my and one Quit -Claim are necessary).
