Kotzen- <br />mach r, Director of Property Management, submitted a written <br />repo it for the month of March: <br />The irotal rent receipts collected for the month of March, <br />1973 was: $5,199.51. <br />One enant, Al Smith's Record Bar, moved from 111 South <br />Mich gan Street to 111 North Michigan Street, formerly <br />Wyma 's Department Store. <br />Nance Stokes, owner of the Book Nook Store, formerly <br />loca ed at 115 South Michigan moved to 216 North Williams <br />Stre t. <br />All former tenants located in the 100 West Washington <br />and 100 South Michigan Street area have been relocated. <br />f. Rehabilitation Report, Site Offices: Mr. William <br />C. E lison, Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Division, <br />submitted a written report for the site office operations: <br />A to al of two initial inspections; 12 re- inspections; 71 <br />NDP initial inspections; 4 follow -up inspections; 4 grants <br />approved; I combination,-.approved; 3 final inspections. <br />Flye s were passed out in March for R -57 Garden use of <br />Vacant lots. Rehabilitation inspections for NDP program <br />are On schedule. Update of vacant lots completed for <br />South side and West side. <br />Caseloads are increasing due to additional funding re- <br />ceiv d for E -3 and E -5 Projects. Cases recommended for <br />demolition was also increased for month of March. <br />All NDP inspections for Southeast and Model Cities have <br />been scheduled, with April 5th as the last inspection date. <br />PROPERTY MANAGEMENT <br />REPORT <br />REHABILITATION <br />REPORTS, R -57, E -3, <br />E -5 & NDP <br />g. Additional payment to <br />be made. <br />OSA -3 : Project closed. <br />Code Enforcement E -3: Workload three, two individuals and <br />ne family.
