Realty Company of South Bend, <br />an I diana partnership, as the Redevelopers, authorizing <br />the preparation and execution of the contract for disposi- <br />tion and redevelopment and the execution of Quit Claim Deed <br />for transfer of title, and approving the construction plans <br />and he equity capital and mortgage financing, all pertaining <br />to a part of Disposition Parcel 4 -72, in the Central Downtown <br />Proj ct, Indiana R -66. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 446 <br />ADOPTED, R -66 <br />Noti a of Public Disclosure of Redevelopers' Statement appeared <br />in T e South Bend Tribune on March 9, 1973 and also posted in <br />the Fublic lobby of the County -City Bldg., as certified by our Mr. <br />C. W yne Brownell. <br />Mr. Kevin Butler, Commission Legal Counsel, advised this is <br />a Resolution approving the Redevelopers, which is for a small <br />portion of Parcel 4 -72, by the J.M.S. Building. Initially the <br />Commission sold Parcels 4 -70 and South 31 feet of 4-72-- author- <br />ized to sell to A.G.A. Realty Company. This now is the remaining <br />North 10 feet of Parcel 4 -72, which was subsequently acquired <br />by the Department and we are conveying this property to A.G.A. <br />Realt Company. The Resolution further authorizes the prepara- <br />tion and execution of the contract and we are anticipating closing <br />of the property on July 2 of this year. South Bend Community School Corporation Contract: SOUTH BEND COMMUNITY <br />ization was requested to enter into a contract with the SCHOOL CORPORATION <br />Bend Community School Corporation for the benefit of the CONTRACT, R -66 <br />Bend Public Library, for Disposition Parcel No. 8 -17, (Lot <br />of Library), in amount of $79,888.79 and take deed on or <br />April 1, 1974, subject to Legal Counsel approval, R -66. <br />- 10 - <br />
