By HUD re- <br />quirement we have to do this. Property Management Policy, A -10: Commission ap- <br />proval was requested to adopt Property Management Policy, <br />for P oject Indiana A -10. This Policy conforms to all pro - <br />visio s and requirements under the Uniform Relocation Assis- <br />tance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 <br />(P.L. 91 -646). This Policy follows the requirement that the <br />Depar ment of Redevelopment collect rent from properties ac- <br />quirel and rented in connection with Project Ind.
