762 Re solved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana: That it is desired and deemed neceassa,ry,to hake t?1e following described public improvements in .the said City as authorized by the following; numbered Improvement Resolution.adepted by sa id Board on, the. 5th.day of October 1910. Resolved thatan improvement be made of the kind,size,lo cation and terminal points as follows; beginning at the center of Ken".-od Ave. and Olive StIthence south along the center. of Olive.. St. to the center of Linden Ave.wiyh °a 151nch Pipe Sewer,themce nniuth along the center of Olive St. to the center of IFfashin.gtenSt. with a 12i- c . Pipe Sewer,together with the house connections to the Curb line along; the line of ssaidimprovement.Said improvement shall be known and designated as OLIVE STREET PIPE SELIVER IMPROTJ01ENT NO.49. Detail drawings,plans,prof'iles and specifications are an file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement roust be done in accordance therewith. Said Board hay; fixed the llth.day of November 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested *r affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15 P.M. said oard will at its said office hear and consider any remonstrator and .person interested gr whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to t e property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City,will be equil to or:exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements,a,s estimated by the City Civil Engineer. A Bond or Bonds to -be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work wht-re the property owner signer wavier required,as according to law. Which said Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per Ar-Mum,payable as provided by law.Notiee of this Resolution shall be publicled on the 15th. and 22th. days of October 1910.in the Soutt Bend Daley Times IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION 70.49.
