IMPRO VI ENT ': RESOLU TI.O NO. 50. . ✓ Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South .Bend Indiana:'T'hAt it is desired and deemed necesca:ry,ta make the following described public improvements in the said City as autherizedby the following numbered Improvement Resolution,adopted by said Board on the 5th.day of October 1910.Reselved that an improvement be mode of the-kind,size,location and terminal points as follo*s :-That it is deemed necessary to improve the First Alley South of Division Street from Michigan Street to Main Street.By grading and paving the said alley from property linen to property line with ASpha,lt,Brick,Bitulithic or Creosoted flooded Block laid on. a 5 inch Portland Cement gravel concrete foundation placing the necessary Marginal cement curb and. Constructing the necessary storm waterinlet:s all as shown on pl&ns and in accordance with the profiles detaila,and specificatio-ns OR file in the • fice of the depart meat of the Beard of Public Works of said City.= Resolved that an improve lent be made of the kind, size .16cation of terminal points as follows Said improvement shell be known and designated as FIRST A,4iEY SOUTJ OF DIVISION STREET PAV04ENT I)APRCOVF 41E'T 10.50. Detail drawings ,plans ,prof i es and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed t1je llth. day of November 1910. as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interest -ed or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15 P-M. s€yid Board will at its said offi.Ce hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whethet the benefits ttlat will accrue to the property,abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said' City, will be equal to er exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improverrents,as estimate by the City Civil Engineer .A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work where t:se property owner signs waiver required,a.s accordingto law. Which said bond& shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per an um.,p ayable a - provided by law .
