South Bend Indiana, That it is desired and deemed necess&ry,te makes thw followingdescribed public improvements in the said City an authorized by the following numbered Improvement Reselut3en,adopted by said Beard" en. the 5th. day of October. 1910. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind, stze,loca.tion, and terminal points as folle vs; be[;inniniz at the center of Leland Avenuean,d Angell& ave-ue,thence We-terly along the center line of said Angella, Avenues to t.rje center of Woodward Avenue with an, 19 inch Pipe Sewer, thence Northerly along the center line of Woodward avenue and B.l�ne Avenue to the center of 1"4c. C&rtneY Street with an lEinch Pipe �tietErer, t once crest along file Center line of said Mc. Cartne�; t'reet to the center of Portage Avenue with a 15 incK.
