IMPRO"IFXENT RESOLUTION NO-37 Resolved by the Board of -Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana. That it, is desired and deemed necessary,to make the following described public improvements in said City as authorized byluthe following numbered Improvement Resolution.adopted by said Beard on the 12th. day of July 1910. . Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location.and terminal points as followt Cement Sidewalks on Corby Street from Niles Avenue to Notre Dame Street ,by constructing Cement Sidewalks on both side of said Street where not already constructed. Said improvement shall be known and designated as CORBY STREET SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT N0037 Detail drawings,plans,prof'iles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement.must be done in accorda -n ce therewith.Said Board has fixed the 5th. day of August 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed .or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improv -ment-and on said day at 7-15.P.M. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested.or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City ,will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement as.estimated by the City Civil Engineer. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work where the property owner signs waiver required as. according to law. Which.said Bond .shall bear.interest at the rate of six per cent per annum payable as provided by law. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 39. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana. That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following desclhbed public improvements in the said City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution, adopted by said %ard on the 12th. day of July 1910'. Resoivedr,that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location.and terminal poin�+sas follows: North St, Peter Street from Cedar Street to Sorin Street. By constructing cement Sidewalks on both sides of said Street where not already -constructed, and curbing the roadway with cement curb. NORTH ST PETER STREET CURB AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT Nb.13 Detail drawings,plans,profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen.at the office of said Bdard and all work in the making of said public improvement must be done -in acco -rdance therewith. Street by Grading said Street from property line to property line,constructing Cement- Sidewalks on both sides and curbing the roadway with cement curb. Said Improvement sricll be known and designated as DUEY AVENUE GRADE,CURB,AND WALK IMPROVEMENT N0.39 Detail drawings, plans, profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said.public improvement must be done in accordan4 therewith,.Said Board has fixed the 5th.day of Auc-ust 1910 as a date upon which remonstrance: may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15 P.M. said Board will at its said pffice hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benifits that will accrue tothe property, abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City,wi.11 be equil to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed imp rovements,as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
