imPRbVEMENT RESOLUTION Nb.34 Resolved by the Board cif Public Works -of the City of South Bend Indiana. That it is desired and deemed necessary,to make the following described public improvements in said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution,adopted by said Board on the 12th. day of July 1910. Resolved,that the Improvements be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as -follows; A Pipe Sewer -in Meade Street from Kenwood Avenue to Bertrand Sheet together with the necessary house connections,Manholes,Inlets and etc.. Said Improvements shall.be known and designated as MEADE STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT -N0.34.Detail cdi-:awings,plans,profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at, the office of said Board and all work in the making of said Public Improvements must be-done.in-accordance therewith. Said Board has. fixed the 5th. day of August 1910 as a -date upon which remonstrances May be flyd or heard by persons interested or affected 'by -said public improvements .and on said day at 7-15 P.M. said Board will be at its said office to hear and consider any_remonstrater and person interested or whose property is affected by.said public irprovement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the p roperty,abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements,as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment of such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum,payable as provided by law. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.35. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana. That il` is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public inprovemA in the said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution,Fdopted by said Board on the l2t1i.day of July 1910 Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind25ize,location and terminal points as follows; A Pipe Sewer.on North St,Peter Street from Madison Street to La,.Salle Avenue. Together with the necessary house connections Imanholea,inlets and etc., Said Improvement shall be designated as NORTH STIPETER STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.35: Detail drawing ,pians,profiles,and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said Public Improvement must be -done in accordance therewith . Said Board has fixed the 5th. day of August 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15 P.M. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to'the property,abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City,will be.equtil to or exceed the estimate cost of the proposed improvements,as estimated by the City Civil Engineer. Resolved,that an improvement be made of the kind,size, location and terminal points As follows,Grade,Curb and Walk on East Calvert Street from Sampson Street to Caroline St, Said improvement shall be known and designated as EAST CALVERT STREET GRADE CURB -AND WALK IMPROVEMENT N0.36 Sec.1. Detail drawings,plans, profiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvement must be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed the 5th, day of August 1910 as a date on which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested'or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15P.M. said Board will at its office hear and -consider any remonstrater and person interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property,abutting and adjacent to the proposed improve$ —rent and to said City,will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvement,as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
