686 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.40 J Resolved by the Board, of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana. That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following de-gcribed public improvement in the.said City as authorized by the following nuinpred Improvement Resolution,as adopted by said Board on the 12th.day of July 1910.Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as folios: Fast Calvert Street from the Second Alley east of Miami -Street to Lear Street,by Grading said Street from property line to property line,constructing Cement Sidewalks on boath sidesand curbing -'the roadway with Cement Curb. Said improvement shall be known and designated as East Calvert Street Grade Curb and Walk See. 2. Detail drawings,planns,profiles and specifications are on file and mor be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said publie improvement must be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed the 5th. day of August 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by Persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-15 P.M. said Board will at its office in the City Hall hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whether the benifits"that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to said City,will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements,as estim& —ted by the City Civil Engineer.
