616 IM TROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.14 Resolved by the Board of Public Works ofICity of South Bend Indiana. That it is desired and deemed necessary to.make the following described public improvements in the said City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution, adopted by said. Board on the I2th. day of April 1910. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind ,size.location and terminal points as follows; Improving South Scott Street from Indiana Avenue to the Vaa,ndalia Railway by grading said Street from property line to property line,c.onstructing cement walks on both sides and curbing the roadway with cement qurb. Said ..improvement shaa,ll be known and designated as SOUTH SCOTT ST EET GRADEiCURB AND WALK IMPROVEMENT NO.I4 DetAil drAwings,planas. profiles, and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be done in accordance therewith. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NOI5 �ReSolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend;Indiana. That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the said City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution , adopted by said Board on the I2th day of April 1910. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as follower. Improvement of East Wayne Street beginning at the center of Columbia Street and Wayne Street thence in a North Weaterly direction to the St, Joseph River ,with a I5 inch Pipe Sewer,together with the necessary house connections, Manholes,Inlets etc,as shown on the detail plans in the office of the Board of Public Works. Detail drawings ,plans,profilesand specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be done in accordance therewith.Said improvement shall be known and designated as EAST WAYNE STREET OVERFLOW PIPE SEDER IMPROVEMENT NO.I5 SAid Board has fixed 27th day oM May 191Oas a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-I5 P.M.said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is affedted by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the preposed improvements, and to said City ,will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improve -meet ,aa,s estimated by the City civil Engineer.A.BOnd�or Bonds issued tothe contractor as according to law. Said Bonds to bear interest at t e rate of Six (6�) per cent IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO 16 .payable as provided'by law. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend ,Indianan.. That it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the said City as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolution 'adopted by said Board on the 12th. ; day of April 1910. Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,size,lecation and termir.,al points as follows: Beginning at the center of VanBuren Street -and Diamond Avenue thence North along the center line of Diamond Avenue to the North line of Cushing Addition,with a 12inch Vitrified Pipe Sewer ; together with the necessary house connections,ma.nholes inlets .at.c, along_ line of said improvements. All as shown on the detail plans en file, in the office of the department of Public Works. Detail drawings,plans,prefiles and specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of said Board and all work in the making of said public improvements must be done in accordance therewith. Said improvements_ shall..be known anddesignaa,ted as the DIAMOND AVENUE PIPE SEVER IMPROVEMENTNO 16 Said Board has fixed the 27th day of May 1910 as a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said public improvements and on said day at 7-I5 P.M. said Board will at its said office hear and consider any remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is affected by said public improvement and will decide whwther the benefits that will accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement anO to 4atid City ,will be equal to or exceed the estii44ted cost of the proposed improvement,as estimated by the City civil Engineer A•Bond or -Bonds issued to the contractor as according to law. Said Bonds to bear interest at the rate of Six(6%) per cent payable as provided by Yaw.
