617 VACATION RESOLUTION NO3. Resolved 1p�y the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend ,Indiana. That it is desi -rble to vacate the. following Alley in Shetterley Place Beginning at the South East Corner of lot 65 Shetterley's Third Place in.the City of South Bend Indiana. Thence North to the North line of lot 66 in said plat ; thence Easterly to the Test line of lot 411n Chopin Place Addition ;thence South to the North line of Riverside.Drive;thence West 8 feet to the place of beginning . The following property may be beneficially affected by such vacation Lots 65 and 66 ,in Shetterley Third Place and Lot 4I in Chapin Place Addition Mentor Wetzstetn Notice of this resolution shall be published on the Igth day of April end on the 25th day of April 1910 in the South Bend Daily Times .
