<br />r Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indians, That it is desire
<br />and deemed necessary to make the following described public improvements in the said City
<br />as authorized -by the fo11®wing numbered Improvement Resolution,a,depted by said Board on
<br />a , the I2 day or April 1910.
<br />Resolved that an improvement be mode of the kind, size,location.and terminal pe-Into as
<br />follows: By improving Miami. Street from Bowman Street to Fox S. treet by grading and paving
<br />the roadwa,y,al.so grading and paving the roadway of intersecting andentering street and al
<br />-eys lying within said potion of said Miami Street'not included- in the roadway to be
<br />improved,with Aspha;lt,Bit`huiithic, Brick or Creeseted Wooden Block,la,id on a five (5)inch
<br />Portland Cement Concret gravel foundation,from curb line to curb ,line,placing the
<br />necee-sa,ry margengtl cement cu4,, and curbing the roadway *Ath-cer.ent curb where same- is
<br />not already constructed,also the construction of the necessaryseterm water inlets,
<br />Said. improvements shell be known and-designatedas the MIAMI STREET PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT
<br />NO II. Detail drawings,plans profiles wid ' specifications are on file and may be seen
<br />a,t the office of said Board and all work in the of said public improvements must be done
<br />-in accordance therewith Said Board hens fixed the 13th day of May 1910 as a day upon
<br />which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested or affected by said.

<br />said City as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolution,adepted by
<br />said Board on the I2th. day of April 1910.
<br />Resolved thaV, an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as fw
<br />-lows; By improving Fisher Street from Webster Street to Union Street by grading; -and pav
<br />-ng the readway,a,lso grading and paving the roadway of intersedting and entering streets
<br />and alleys lying within said potion of said Fisher Street not included in the roadway
<br />to be improved;with Asphalt,Bit�hulithic,Brick, or Oreesoted Wooden-Block,laid on a five(
<br />(5) inch Portland Cement Concretegravei foundation,from curb line to curb line,placing
<br />the necessary marginal cement curb, and curbing the roadway with cement curb where
<br />game is not already constructed,a,lso the construction of the necessary storm water inlet
<br />Said improvements shall be known and designated as FISHER STREET PAVEALENT IMPROVEMENT NO
<br />130- Detail drawings,plans, prefilesand specifications are on file and may be seen a
<br />the office of said Board and all work in the,making of said public improvement must
<br />be done in accordance therewith. Said Board has fixed the. 13 day of May 1gIO as a date
<br />upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interes- ted or affected by sai
<br />public improvements and on said day at 7-I5 P.M. Said Board will at its said office hear
<br />and consider any remonstrators and persons interested or whose property is effected by
<br />said public improvements,a,nd will decide whether the benefits accrue to the property,
<br />abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvements,and to said City ,will be equil to or
<br />exceed the estimated cast of the preposed improvements, as estimates by t9e, ivii
